Responsibilities
- Identify groups of candidates suitable for qualifications using company data.
- Ensure all required documentation is completed and submitted in a timely manner.
- Arrange remote and face‑to‑face enrollment sessions with companies and candidates.
- Coordinate on‑site meetings with managers to brief and induct potential candidates.
- Deliver Day One structured training sessions that launch the learner journey (travel may be required).
- Check candidates’ documents to establish eligibility for funding.
- Assist learners in completing relevant teaching and learning modules.
- Maintain a forward plan of meetings to meet company profiling targets.
- Conduct informal presentations and briefings with potential candidates, stakeholders, and clients.
- Assist candidates with enrollment documentation both face‑to‑face and remotely.
- Accurately log contact and information onto MIS system and e‑portfolio platform.
- Provide information, advice and guidance regarding the qualification process.
- Verify completed documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Carry out and mark initial assessments to develop individual learning plans.
- Adhere to the company’s equal opportunity policy, treating all candidates fairly and impartially.
- Collaborate with colleagues to monitor sector changes and identify development areas.
- Report activity and planned meetings in accordance with company requirements.
- Meet company performance and quality targets.
- Represent the company professionally at all times.
- Perform other duties as assigned by line manager.
Qualifications & Experience
- Preferred experience in Construction and/or Funding.
- Excellent organisational and customer care approach.
- Adequate IT skills; experience with Microsoft Office.
- Good administrative skills.
- Ability to deliver informal presentations to small groups.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Strong time‑management and workload planning.
- Professional client interaction.
- Attention to detail; ability to follow processes.
- Enthusiasm and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Valid teaching qualification (minimum PTLLS).
- Level 3 Information, Advice and Guidance.
- Experience managing a caseload of learners.
- Preferred experience using E‑portfolios.
- Minimum GCSE grade C in English and Maths or equivalent.
