- Deliver engaging practical and theory-based training to apprentices and trainees
- Support learners to achieve their qualifications and career goals
- Create a positive, inclusive, and effective learning environment
- Monitor learner progress and provide coaching and feedback
- Build strong relationships with learners, employers and industry stakeholders
- Ensure training is delivered safely and to industry standards
- What We\'re Looking For
- Qualified plumber and gasfitter or a combination of these trades, drainlaying experience advantageous
- Strong industry experience and practical knowledge
- Hold Unit Standard 4098 & 11551, or be willing to obtain them with Skills Group\'s support as part of your professional development,
- Hold Adult Education Level 4 or 5, or be willing to work towards it with support provided through your professional development journey, we will support you with this
- Good communication and relationship-building skills
- Passion for mentoring and supporting others to succeed
- Commitment to health and safety and professional standards
