The apprentice will receive a full company and site induction, health and safety training (including manual handling, working at height and asbestos awareness) and ongoing mentoring from a nominated supervising engineer. They will also gain exposure to manufacturer product training, our internal quality and compliance procedures aligned to our BAFE, SSAIB and NICEIC accreditations, and the use of our job management and certification systems.
