Skills for Care is the strategic workforce development and planning body for adult social care in England. We work with employers, Government and partners to ensure social care has the right people, skills and support required to deliver the highest quality care and support now and in the future.
Skills for Care is pursuing an ambitious new strategy for 2025–2030, focused on improving outcomes for the social care workforce. We’re looking for an experienced analyst to help us track our progress and demonstrate our impact - both internally and to our external funders.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a central role in developing a strategic performance measurement framework, helping to tell the story of how we’re delivering against our goals. You’ll support the Performance Lead to create, maintain and evolve dashboards and KPIs that bring our performance to life for the Board, leadership team and wider stakeholders.
You’ll need to be confident and skilled in using Excel and business intelligence tools like Tableau or Power BI to work with diverse datasets and turn them into clear, compelling insights through the creation of data visualisations that meet user needs. With strong project management skills, you’ll work across teams to coordinate a pipeline of dashboard and indicator development, ensuring our reporting remains meaningful and user-focused.
If you’re an experienced analyst with a passion for using data to drive change and a track record in delivering indicator and dashboard development, we’d love to hear from you. This is your chance to help shape Skills for Care’s future and make a real impact for the Social Care Sector.
The post is home-based, with occasional travel and flexible working available.
