Job Title: Local Delivery Manager Hours: Full time Job Status: Permanent Location: Home based – with expectation of regular travel within area, and nationally where required. Find out more by taking a look at our website . Skills for Care has an exciting opportunity for a Local Delivery Manager to join our Strategy, Impact and Policy Directorate. As a Local Delivery Manager your focus will be to drive performance and quality within the care sector through delivery of high-quality training to the social care workforce. This is a fantastic opportunity for an L&D professional with a background in health and social care to make a real impact by developing and delivering training programs that promote professional growth and compliance within the care sector. We are looking for a person who can facilitate dynamic, interactive courses, seminars and learning sessions that inspire and empower care staff to meet regulatory compliance and industry standards, focusing on quality and best practices. Experienced in the planning and design of engaging learning courses and content, you will have a track record of delivering training using diverse methods including in-person workshops, virtual sessions, and blended learning approaches. An excellent communicator, with the motivation and ambition to succeed, you’ll have outstanding interpersonal skills and be able to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver and proactively develop services. Opportunities are available across England, so applicants are encouraged to apply from all regions.
