At Skills for Care, we're shaping the future of adult social care across England - and we're looking for a brilliant Strategy Portfolio Lead to help turn big ambitions into real impact. In this influential role, you'll lead our PMO function, drive major strategic programmes and transformation activity, and work alongside senior leaders to keep priorities moving, connected and delivering results.

You'll bring strong portfolio, programme, or PMO leadership experience, confidence working with senior stakeholders, and the ability to bring clarity, energy, and momentum to complex change.
