Location: Home-based with the expectation of travel within England as required.

Skills for Care is the strategic workforce development and planning body for adult social care in England. We work with employers, Government and partners to ensure social care has the right people, skills and support required to deliver the highest quality care and support now and in the future.

This role will play a significant role in improving and expanding Skills for Care's learning and development offer. As Learning Designer, you will be responsible for video editing, graphic design, and e-learning development, ensuring outputs are visually consistent and learner focused, bringing our products to life.

You will work closely with the Marketing Team and Commercial colleagues to deliver to our brand and style guidelines, and to meet commercial expectations. You will have solid experience in the learning and development / training and education, including experience of e-learning design and Learning Management Systems.

This role will work as a part of the wider Workforce Learning and Development Team, reporting to the Programme Lead, Workforce Learning and Development, and be recruited alongside a Learning Designer to enable us to achieve our vision of creating great social care workforce development, and our wider corporate strategy aims.
