The predicted salary is between 24300 - 29700 £ per year.
This is a freelance role for a tutor/assessor of Personal Training qualifications in Liverpool (HMP Altcourse). The ideal candidate will deliver 5 x 7 week full time courses per year with a typical 2 week break between courses.
Normal Working Pattern:
- Monday to Friday
- Morning Session: 8:45am to 11:30am
- Afternoon Session: 1:45pm to 4:30pm
Responsibilities:
- Deliver and assess recognised health and fitness qualifications in Gym Instruction and Personal Training in line with company and awarding body standards.
- Ensure learners are supported towards the achievement of the programme, factoring in additional learning needs and range of abilities.
- Liaise with the IQA (Internal Quality Assurer) to ensure quality of product and sufficiency of assessment decisions.
Requirements:
- Hold recognised Personal Training qualification to a minimum Level 3.
- Have a minimum of 3 years' experience of working as a personal trainer and 12 months experience in delivering and assessing health and fitness qualifications.
- Strong communication skills to effectively educate and instruct clients.
- Hold recognised assessors and teaching qualifications.
- Hold enhanced DBS or prison clearance.
