Job Description
As the Assistant Commercial Manager, you will oversee the management and administration of commercial contracts from the initial bid process through the tender stage to the close-out of projects. This role is crucial in ensuring adherence to company governance and specific contract requirements throughout the lifecycle of each project.
Key Responsibilities
- CRM Management: Collaborate with project managers and commercial leads to maintain the CRM system, liaising with clients to update on tender progress and advancing opportunities through the pipeline.
- CRM Insights: Analyze CRM-generated data to enhance tender conversion rates, working closely with senior project managers to identify optimal tendering opportunities.
- Pipeline Modelling: Develop and implement sales strategies based on CRM data, manage resource utilization forecasting, and identify potential revenue opportunities.
