The role involves:
- Discovering and headhunting high-calibre candidates for mid-senior level and retained roles.
- Business Development and forging relationships with clients across your market globally. This is a client-facing role with a lot of autonomy.
- Managing the whole candidate journey, including screening and interviewing candidates, providing interview feedback, negotiating offers, and delivering the news.
- Becoming the go-to expert in your market.
