We’re seeking an experienced procurement professional to support Clinical Development, R&D and Manufacturing operations within a regulated pharmaceutical/life sciences environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage procurement of clinical trial supplies, laboratory consumables, raw materials and outsourced testing services
- Lead sourcing, supplier negotiations, RFx processes and contract management
- Ensure continuity of supply while mitigating supply and compliance risks
- Build strategic relationships with CROs, laboratories and specialist suppliers
- Support GMP, GDP and GCP compliance alongside QA and Regulatory teams
- Drive cost optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain procurement data and contracts within Oracle NetSuite ERP
About You
- Procurement experience within pharma, biotech or life sciences
- Strong knowledge of GMP/GDP (GCP desirable)
- Skilled in supplier management, negotiation and stakeholder engagement
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems (Oracle NetSuite preferred)
- Degree and/or MCIPS qualified (or working towards)
