We’re seeking an experienced procurement professional to support Clinical Development, R&D and Manufacturing operations within a regulated pharmaceutical/life sciences environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage procurement of clinical trial supplies, laboratory consumables, raw materials and outsourced testing services
  • Lead sourcing, supplier negotiations, RFx processes and contract management
  • Ensure continuity of supply while mitigating supply and compliance risks
  • Build strategic relationships with CROs, laboratories and specialist suppliers
  • Support GMP, GDP and GCP compliance alongside QA and Regulatory teams
  • Drive cost optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Maintain procurement data and contracts within Oracle NetSuite ERP

About You

  • Procurement experience within pharma, biotech or life sciences
  • Strong knowledge of GMP/GDP (GCP desirable)
  • Skilled in supplier management, negotiation and stakeholder engagement
  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems (Oracle NetSuite preferred)
  • Degree and/or MCIPS qualified (or working towards)
