What Does This Role Involve?
- Discovering and headhunting high-calibre candidates for mid-senior level and retained roles.
- Business development and forging relationships with clients across your market globally. This is a client-facing role with a lot of autonomy. You’ll be responsible not only for bringing in and attracting clients, but also for managing accounts once they are onboarded.
- Managing the entire candidate journey. That’s everything from screening and interviewing candidates, to providing interview feedback, negotiating offers, and delivering outcomes.
- Becoming the go-to expert in your market. We work in one of the most exciting markets globally, and you’ll quickly develop deep expertise in your area.
What Can We Offer You?
- Earning potential: Recruitment is one of the few careers where you can earn significant money early in your career. Our commission structure goes up to 50% with no threshold.
- Benefits: Flexi-hours, wellness days, a monthly wellness budget, private healthcare, charity days, time off on your birthday — and more.
- Incentives and perks: Quarterly lunch and breakfast clubs, fully paid annual incentive trips every year, dress-down Fridays with early finishes, and regular socials.
- Development: From day one, you’ll be learning from the very best. We offer structured training, real-time feedback, and constant development from people who’ve done it — and done it well.
- Progression: We aim to promote anyone joining us twice within their first year.
Who Are We Looking For?
- Experience within a sales, retail, sports, or hospitality environment is desirable.
- Rewards are high here, so it’s a plus if you are motivated by performance-based rewards on top of your basic salary.
- Competitive, resilient, and ambitious in your approach to work.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills — you’ll be speaking to people all around the world every day.
- Excited to learn, improve, and be trained, with a desire to get 1% better each day.
- Someone who enjoys a fast-paced, high-impact environment, is surrounded by high performers, and wants to build a long-term career from day one.
This role will initially be fully on-site while you’re learning (usually for the first few months), before moving to our hybrid structure of 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
