Skills Alliance is a high-growth, global Recruitment and Executive Search firm specialising in Life Sciences, Industrials and wider STEM. After an exceptional performance across all our global offices this year, we are now looking to expand our office in Leeds. Our Leeds office is one of our highest performing and we have worked hard to hire a fantastic leadership team into this office, and we now want to grow further. This role would suit someone who has worked in a transferable industry and wants to transition into recruitment.

To date we count many of the leading Animal Nutrition, Food ingredients, Chemicals and Agro Chemicals companies as our partners, and are now looking for Trainees who want to work directly with clients like this.

Trainee Recruitment Consultant

ASAP

You'll not only be responsible for bringing in and attracting clients, but managing accounts once they are onboarded. That's everything from screening and interviewing candidates, to interview feedback, to negotiating offers and delivering the news.
