Following an outstanding year across our global offices, we are continuing our expansion with further growth planned for our Leeds office this summer. Leeds is one of our strongest performing locations, led by an experienced and high-impact leadership team, and we are now looking to bring in ambitious graduates and trainees to support the next phase of growth.
Our clients include leading businesses within Animal Nutrition, Food Ingredients, Chemicals and Agro-Chemicals, and you will work directly with organisations at the forefront of these industries.
As a Graduate / Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be trained to manage the full recruitment lifecycle while building strong, long-term relationships with both candidates and clients.
- Proactively sourcing and headhunting high-quality candidates for mid to senior-level and retained positions
- Developing new business and building client relationships across global markets
- Managing client accounts end-to-end once onboarded
- Building deep market knowledge and establishing yourself as a specialist within your sector
