Graduate / Trainee Recruitment Consultant Summer 2026 You'll not only be responsible for bringing in and attracting clients, but managing accounts once they are onboarded. That's everything from screening and interviewing candidates, to interview feedback, to negotiating offers and delivering the news. Earning potential.
