The role: As part of our continued expansion plans, we are looking to bring on a Learning & Development Consultant to be based in our London office. Learning and development is a core pillar at Skills Alliance, with our global L&D program providing learning opportunities for every person in our business, across all departments, divisions, geographies, and experience levels. This position will report to our Global Head of L&D and work together to continue developing the Skills Alliance L&D strategy across our offices globally. Currently operating across 7 global offices and with 100+ heads, the position will have a direct impact on our growth and will be responsible for training and developing new hires. Whether you have an existing passion for L&D or you are an experienced recruiter wanting an exciting new challenge, this position offers a rewarding career in which you will directly influence our growth.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver both remote and classroom training to entry-level recruitment consultants across our business.
- Run welcome inductions for new consultants.
- Conduct "on the desk" training and coaching support for consultants ranging from 0-24 months in the business.
- Perform Training Needs Analysis across the offices and work with key stakeholders for performance uplift and impact.
- Partner with and influence senior stakeholders in the business as well as consult with team leads on their strategy to help pitch decisions in line with long-term business objectives.
- Act as a role model to recruitment consultants and an ambassador for Skills Alliance values across the business.

Requirements:
- Experience in the recruitment industry, exposure to learning and development is an advantage.
- Individuals should be passionate about people and sales, are confident, can work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and networking skills; with a high ability to build relationships and influence internal stakeholders.
- Pro-active with a large desire to support people in achieving their success.
Please note this role will run "Graduate academies" periodically across the year, and will need to be 5 days a week in office for the duration of these 2 week programs to support new starters.
