Skills Alliance is a high-growth, global Recruitment and Executive Search firm specialising in Life Sciences. We partner with some of the world’s most innovative Pharma, Biotech, and Medical Devices companies to build exceptional teams globally.

After an exceptional performance across all our global offices this year, we are now looking to expand our team with ambitious graduates this summer at our London HQ.

To date, we count many of the leading pharmaceutical, biotechnology, biopharma, and CROs as our partners, and we are now looking for Graduates or Trainees who want to work directly with clients like these.

Location: City of London

Salary: £26,000 + uncapped commission from day one

What Does This Role Involve?

  • Discovering and headhunting high-calibre candidates for mid-senior level and retained roles.
  • Business development and forging relationships with clients across your market globally. This is a client-facing role with a lot of autonomy. You’ll be responsible not only for bringing in and attracting clients, but also for managing accounts once they are onboarded.
  • Managing the entire candidate journey, from screening and interviewing candidates, to providing interview feedback, negotiating offers, and delivering outcomes.
  • Becoming the go-to expert in your market. We work in one of the most exciting markets globally, and you’ll quickly develop deep expertise in your area.

What Can We Offer You?

  • Earning potential: Recruitment is one of the few careers where you can earn significant money early in your career. Our commission structure goes up to 50% with no threshold.
  • Benefits: Flexi-hours, wellness days, a monthly wellness budget, private healthcare, charity days, time off on your birthday — and more.
  • Incentives and perks: Quarterly lunch and breakfast clubs, fully paid annual incentive trips every year, dress-down Fridays with early finishes, and regular socials.
  • Development: From day one, you’ll be learning from the very best. We offer structured training, real-time feedback, and constant development from people who’ve done it — and done it well.
  • Progression: We aim to promote anyone joining us twice within their first year.

Who Are We Looking For?

  • Experience within a sales, retail, sports, or hospitality environment is desirable.
  • Rewards are high here, so it’s a plus if you are motivated by performance-based rewards on top of your basic salary.
  • Competitive, resilient, and ambitious in your approach to work.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills — you’ll be speaking to people all around the world every day.
  • Excited to learn, improve, and be trained, with a desire to get 1% better each day.
  • Someone who enjoys a fast-paced, high-impact environment, is surrounded by high performers, and wants to build a long-term career from day one.

This role will initially be fully on-site while you’re learning (usually for the first few months), before moving to our hybrid structure of 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

If you’re the kind of person who wants to build a career with real progression and values working in a supportive, social environment, apply here or email eleanor.smith@skillsalliance.com.
