About the Opportunity:

Are you passionate about transforming patient care and building a career in medical device marketing? We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Medical Education and Event Program Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in organizing and executing peer-to-peer educational programs and trade shows to educate urologists on innovative therapy procedures and technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and execution of world-class medical education programs
  • Nurture and develop a network of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) for recurring peer-to-peer programs
  • Own and manage the events calendar, responding to the needs of the commercial organization
  • Oversee all logistics for medical education and trade show programs
  • Support maintenance and inventory management of demonstration equipment
  • Monitor and report event registration and program effectiveness
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams across sales, marketing, clinical, commercial learning & development, legal, and regulatory
  • Track KOL activity and invoicing related to educational programs
  • Maintain compliance with relevant quality management systems and policies

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in medical education or events marketing, with a focus on program coordination and execution
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative team approach
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM, email marketing platforms, social media management)
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work
