Responsibilities
- Building dashboards and reports that support our Operations team in monitoring their performance
- Building reports that we can send to our customers
- Using SQL to get access to our data and building bespoke datasets and dashboards for our customers
- Identifying opportunities for improvement in our processes
- Talking to the users of your work to understand their needs
- Spreadsheet manipulation and analysis
Qualifications
- 2+ Years experience writing SQL and interrogating data
- Want to move beyond Excel for visualisations
- Comfortable with hands-on application
- Used data visualisation tools like Quicksight and Luzmo
- Used AWS, especially RDS, My SQL or S3
- Understanding of Python
