After an exceptional performance across all our global offices this year, we are now looking to expand our team with ambitious graduates this summer in our London HQ.
To date we count many of the leading pharmaceutical, biotechnology, biopharma and CROs as our partners, and are now looking for Graduates or Trainees who want to work directly with clients like this.
You'll not only be responsible for bringing in and attracting clients, but managing accounts once they are onboarded. That's everything from screening and interviewing candidates, to interview feedback, to negotiating offers and delivering the news.
Earning potential: Recruitment is one of the few careers where you can make a lot of money early in your career. Flexi-hours, wellness days, wellness budget monthly, private healthcare, charity days, time off on your birthday - and more. Lunch & breakfast clubs every quarter, fully paid annual incentive trips every year, dress down Fridays with early finish, regular socials.
Structured training, real-time feedback, and constant development from people who’ve done it and done it well. Rewards are high here, so it's a plus if you are motivated by performance based rewards on top of your basic salary. You enjoy a fast‑paced, high‑impact environment surrounded by high performers and want to get stuck into building a long term career from day one.
This role will initially be on site while you're learning (usually your first few months), then will be on our hybrid structure which is 3 days in the office, 2 working from home.
