The role involves:
- Discovering and headhunting high-calibre candidates for mid-senior level and retained roles.
- Business Development and forging relationships with clients across your market globally.
- Managing the whole candidate journey, from screening and interviewing candidates to negotiating offers and delivering the news.
- Becoming the go-to expert in your market.
