Our Executive Search division partners with some of the most innovative clients in the industry, delivering senior leadership and strategic hires that help shape the future of Life Sciences.
The role: We’re looking for a Sales Researcher to join our Executive Search team. You’ll play a key role in supporting Client Partners on retained and exclusive leadership searches, helping to identify, map, and engage top-tier talent across the Life Sciences industry. This is a commercial, analytical, and people-focused role; ideal if you’re ambitious, research-minded, and interested in the business side of science. You’ll learn how global search projects are run from start to finish, from understanding client strategy and market mapping, through to outreach, candidate engagement, and presentation.
What you’ll be doing:
- Conduct market research to identify and map potential candidates and client organisations
- Use analytical and research tools to gather market intelligence, talent insights, and competitor data
- Support sales and business development activity through prospect mapping, commercial analysis, and lead generation outreach
- Create company and market briefings to support client projects and internal discussions
- Analyse companies, markets, and hiring trends to provide insights for clients and internal teams
- Support internal reporting, CRM updates and accuracy, and systems tracking for project delivery
- Learn executive search processes by observing client meetings, interviews, and candidate engagement
- General research and admin support for Client Partners on search projects, from briefing through to shortlist stage
What we’re looking for:
- 6-12 months experience in a similar research focused role preferred, but not required
- Curious, proactive, and commercially minded with strong analytical and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Confident speaking with senior professionals and comfortable building rapport
- Interest in Life Sciences, business, or Executive Search
