Job Description
*Senior Business Analyst – Full-time Hybrid/2days a week in London*
Are you an experienced Business Analyst interested in joining our biotech client? Our client is looking for a highly motivated Senior Business Analyst to join their Corporate Applications team and serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams—delivering process and system insights, designing scalable solutions, and supporting ongoing transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, and IT stakeholders to understand current Dynamics 365 processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Document and analyse business requirements across ERP modules, especially Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory, and Manufacturing.
- Develop current- and future-state process maps to highlight gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation or optimisation.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and work closely with ERP configuration and integration teams to ensure accurate implementation.
- Support ERP project delivery, including workshops, UAT, training, change management, and golive support.
- Collaborate with compliance and validation teams to ensure solutions meet GxP and audit requirements
Required Skills & Experience
- Demonstrated track record in business analysis, with a strong focus on ERP systems— particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).
- Proven expertise in Supply Chain and Manufacturing modules (inventory, procurement, production, demand planning).
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or a similarly regulated, GxP-compliant environment.
- Strong understanding of ERP best practices, master data management, and process transformation in global organizations.
- Skilled in gathering requirements, facilitating workshops, and producing high-quality documentation.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
