We are seeking a senior London Market insurance practitioner to lead the Business Analysis function within a strategic transformation partnership with one of the UK’s largest insurance brokers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the

SME London Market broking operations .

  • Lead current/target-state process design across placement, binding, delegated authority, claims, reinsurance and settlement .
  • Define requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and domain data mappings .
  • Advise on

Lloyd’s Blueprint Two , market modernisation, platforms and process change.

  • Ensure designs consider

FCA, CASS 5, Lloyd’s standards, GDPR and operational resilience .

  • Lead, mentor and assure the quality of the

BA team .

  • Engage senior stakeholders across underwriting, broking, claims and finance.
  • 10+ years in the
  • London Market
  • broker, managing agency, MGA, insurer or market-focused vendor.
  • Deep broking lifecycle knowledge and strong

Delegated Authority experience.

  • Working knowledge of treaty/facultative reinsurance .
  • Familiarity with

ACORD, EBOT/ECOT, MRC, PPL and Whitespace .

  • Strong BA, process design, data mapping and testing experience.
  • Understanding of

FCA, CASS 5, Lloyd’s and GDPR .

Desirable

CII/LM credentials, Applied Epic/Acturis/Guidewire/Sequel/Sapiens, VIPR/Intrali, AI/Gen AI in insurance, M&A/book migrations and BCS/IIBA/Scrum.
