We are looking for a talented and experienced Mid-Weight Digital Marketing Designer to join our creative team. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact digital campaigns for a global brand across a growing portfolio of international markets. You will play a key role in developing and delivering engaging digital creative across multiple channels, working closely with the Creative Team Lead, marketing teams, country managers, copywriters, and external agencies. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role suited to someone who thrives on variety, can manage multiple projects simultaneously, and is excited by evolving creative technologies—including the use of AI in both ideation and production.
Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts for digital campaigns and present ideas to internal stakeholders.
- Design and produce high-quality digital assets, including static and animated banners, social media content, and website graphics.
- Build and execute programmatic and social advertising campaigns across multiple formats and platforms.
- Create website hero banners, landing page assets, and promotional visuals.
- Design for social-first formats, including vertical video, reels, and short-form content.
- Collaborate closely with designers, marketers, and copywriters to deliver cohesive campaign assets.
- Adapt creative for different international markets, considering cultural nuances and audience behaviours.
- Use AI tools where relevant to support ideation, concept development, and production workflows.
- Ensure all creative output aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining strong communication with project and marketing teams on timelines and delivery.
- Support the production of wider marketing materials, including digital, social, and occasional print or OOH assets.
What we are looking for
- 4–5 years’ experience in a digital design role within a fast-paced environment.
- A strong portfolio showcasing digital advertising across multiple formats (static, animated, social, display).
- Strong visual and conceptual thinking, with the ability to develop ideas independently.
- Proactive, organised, and comfortable managing multiple projects at pace.
- Experience creating digital advertising campaigns using tools such as Bannerflow, Creatopy, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign).
- Experience designing for social media and performance marketing channels.
- Exposure to international markets and adapting creative for different audiences.
- Interest in emerging creative technologies, including AI tools for ideation and production.
Desirable
- Experience within online gaming, casino, or bingo industries.
- Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Blender, or project management platforms (e.g. ClickUp).
- Experience using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Firefly, Runway, Gemini, Nanobanana, FreePik or similar) in creative workflows.
