Our client is one of the largest facilities management and maintenance contractors in the UK, offering market leading opportunities for talented professionals looking for long term career progression. Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for an Electrical Engineer to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation. We are looking for an Electrical Engineer who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.

The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for:

  • Carrying out routine planned maintenance in line with scheduled dates along with reactive repairs.
  • Ensuring all documentation is completed correctly for all tasks and reactive tasks are reported and recorded on to the CAFM system.
  • Maintaining high standards of work in line with current company policies and procedures.
  • Reporting any apparent deficiencies in systems of work or equipment provided that may result in failure of service delivery, or risk to health and safety, or the environment.

To be successful for this Electrical Engineer role you must have:

  • City & Guilds 2360 Parts 1 & 2 qualification or equivalent.
  • Experience working across critical infrastructure.
  • 17th/18th edition IEE wiring regulations.
  • Experience using a range of maintenance equipment.
  • IPAF 3A & 3B and basic mechanical knowledge is desirable.
