Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Mechanical Engineering Manager to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation. Our client is one of the largest facilities management and maintenance contractors in the UK, offering market leading opportunities for talented professionals looking for long term career progression.
We are looking for a Mechanical Engineering Manager who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same. As the Mechanical Engineering Manager you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.
The Mechanical Engineering Manager will be responsible for:
- Ensure that the maintenance, repair and preservation of engineering services, plant and equipment within the contract are carried out within agreed standards, on time within budgets and consistent with the safety and well-being of patients and visitors.
- Ensure that all contractual and statutory requirements relating to buildings and their services are carried out and records kept.
- Manage and undertake the duties of the Authorised Person in line with the Site Authorised Person Matrix.
