Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for an Engineering Manager - Electrical Bias to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation. We are looking for an Engineering Manager who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.

The Engineering Manager will be responsible for:

  • Provide strategic leadership and management of multidisciplinary engineering teams delivering estates and engineering services.
  • Provide specialist technical expertise and professional engineering advice to senior leadership.
  • Develop and implement engineering strategies, lifecycle programmes, PPM systems, risk management plans, and asset data programmes.
  • Lead inspections, specialist surveys, lifecycle planning, budgeting, and option appraisals.

To be successful for this Engineering Manager - Electrical Bias role you must have:

  • Relevant engineering or FM qualifications (e.g. NEBOSH, IOSH, IWFM or equivalent).
  • Strong understanding of electrical engineering systems, statutory compliance, and Safe Systems of Work.
  • Experience managing audits, NCRs, compliance action plans, and technical risk mitigation.
