Our client is one of the largest facilities management and maintenance contractors in the UK, offering market leading opportunities for talented professionals looking for long term career progression. Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for an Engineering Manager to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.

We are looking for an Engineering Manager who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same. The Engineering Manager will be responsible for:

  • Lead and manage all engineering operations across electrical, mechanical, and building services systems.
  • Plan and deliver an advanced PPM program, ensuring all works are completed efficiently and on schedule.
  • Respond promptly to any technical or maintenance issues within the building, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Manage and maintain all compliance documentation, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely completion of statutory checks.
  • Prepare and review technical reports, maintenance logs, and performance data.
  • Attend and contribute to client and management meetings, providing updates on building performance, maintenance activities, and compliance status.

To be successful for this Engineering Manager role you must have:

  • Extensive experience within Building Services.
  • Knowledge of an Engineering field.
  • Great knowledge and experience within Health and Safety Compliance.
  • Knowledge of managing PPMs and Reactive works.
