Our client is one of the largest facilities management and maintenance contractors in the UK, offering market leading opportunities for talented professionals looking for long term career progression. Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for an Electrical Engineer to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation. We are looking for an Electrical Engineer who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.

As the Electrical Engineer, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services. The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring all contractual assets and mechanical and electrical systems are maintained and operate efficiently through effective Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) in line with prescribed schedules.
  • Responding promptly to all reported failures and faults, taking appropriate corrective action to restore systems to full operational service within contractual requirements.
  • Ensuring all completed faults and failures are formally closed within agreed timescales and contractual standards.
  • Carrying out all work activities in strict accordance with current Health and Safety legislation and company procedures.
