Our client is one of the largest facilities management and maintenance contractors in the UK, offering market leading opportunities for talented professionals looking for long term career progression. Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for an Electrician to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.

We are looking for an Electrician who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same. The Electrician will be responsible for:

  • Conducting multi-skilled maintenance services across electrical and mechanical disciplines.
  • Carrying out routine PPM tasks and planned maintenance in line with scheduled dates.
  • Completing reactive repairs and electrical installation work as required.
  • Ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and all reactive tasks are reported through the CAFM system.
  • Supporting general building maintenance activities when required.

To be successful for this Electrician role you must have:

  • City & Guilds 2360 Parts 1 & 2 (or equivalent).
  • 17th / 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations.
  • Experience using a range of maintenance equipment.
