Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Multi Skilled Engineer – Electrical Engineer Bias to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.

We are looking for a Multi Skilled Engineer – Electrical Engineer Bias who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.

Our client is one of the largest facilities management and maintenance contractors in the UK, offering market leading opportunities for talented professionals looking for long term career progression.

As the Multi Skilled Engineer – Electrical Engineer Bias, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.

  • The Multi Skilled Engineer – Electrical Engineer Bias will be responsible for:
  • You will be carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repair works across electrical systems and building services.

Responsibilities include fault‑finding, diagnosis and repair of distribution boards, motors, pumps, building management systems, emergency lighting and general electrical plant.

  • You will also support mechanical maintenance tasks such as HVAC systems, pumps, valves, air handling units, basic plumbing and basic fabric works.
  • You will also be included in the on-call rota.
  • You will have strong electrical fault‑finding and maintenance experience, ideally gained within facilities management or commercial or industrial building services environments.
  • All work must be completed in full compliance with BS 7671, technical standards and statutory requirements, with job progress and documentation accurately maintained.

To be successful in this role, you must have

  • NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds in Electrical Installation or Maintenance.
  • 18th edition
