Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for an Multi Skilled Electrical Engineer to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation. Role Responsibilities: * You will be carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repair works across electrical systems and building services. * Responsibilities include fault‑finding, diagnosis and repair of distribution boards, motors, pumps, building management systems, emergency lighting and general electrical plant. * You will also support mechanical maintenance tasks such as HVAC systems, pumps, valves, air handling units, basic plumbing and basic fabric works. * You will also be included in the on-call rota. * You will have strong electrical fault‑finding and maintenance experience, ideally gained within facilities management or commercial or industrial building services environments. * All work must be completed in full compliance with BS 7671, technical standards and statutory requirements, with job progress and documentation accurately maintained.
