We are looking for a Mobile Electrician who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.
The Mobile Electrician will be responsible for:
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repair works across electrical systems and building services. Responsibilities include fault-finding, diagnosis and repair of distribution boards, motors, pumps, building management systems, emergency lighting and general electrical plant.
- Supporting mechanical maintenance tasks such as HVAC systems, pumps, valves, air handling units, basic plumbing and basic fabric works.
- Being included in the on-call rota.
- Having strong electrical fault-finding and maintenance experience, ideally gained within facilities management or commercial or industrial building services environments.
- Completing all work in full compliance with BS 7671, Mitie technical standards and statutory requirements, with job progress and documentation accurately maintained.
To be successful for this Mobile Electrician role you must have:
- NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds in Electrical Installation or Maintenance.
- 18th edition.
