Our client is one of the largest facilities management and maintenance contractors in the UK, offering market leading opportunities for talented professionals looking for long term career progression. Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a HVAC Engineer to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation. We are looking for a HVAC Engineer who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.
The HVAC Engineer will be responsible for:
- Full HVAC system maintenance.
- Working on both single and three phase electrical circuits.
- Maintaining a wide range of mechanical and electrical equipment commonly found within a manufacturing environment, including HVAC systems, pumps, motors, inverters, building management systems and lighting circuits.
- Carrying out reactive service work to all aspects of the manufacturing environment and, as a minimum, making systems safe.
- Carrying out proactive, planned service work to ensure assets operate efficiently and reliably.
- Completing all work-related documentation accurately and within agreed timeframes. Operating and updating all works undertaken on a daily basis using PDA and Service Desk systems.
To be successful for this HVAC Engineer role you must have:
- Recognised mechanical or HVAC qualifications (NVQ Level 2 & 3 minimum) and F-Gas.
- Fully recognised electrical qualifications (NVQ Level 2 & 3 minimum).
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification.
- A full, clean UK driving licence.
