Our client is one of the largest facilities management and maintenance contractors in the UK, offering market leading opportunities for talented professionals looking for long term career progression. Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Mobile Gas Engineer to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation. We are looking for a Mobile Gas Engineer who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.
Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance, reactive and emergency tasks on gas appliances and associated equipment
- Plumbing maintenance and other building repairs, including fabric & basic electrical maintenance tasks where required
- Diagnose and repair faults
- Ensure all tasks are completed within the contractual timescales
Qualifications
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Experience working on HVAC equipment including Air Handling Units
- Qualified to City & Guilds Level 2/3 or equivalent
- Hold the relevant commercial gas qualifications including:
- COCN1 or CODNCO1 (CCN1)
- TPCP1 & TPCP1A
- ICPN1
- Appliances CIGA1, CDGA1, CORT1
