We are looking for an Electrical Engineer who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same. As the Electrical Engineer, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services. Our client is one of the largest facilities management and maintenance contractors in the UK, offering market leading opportunities for talented professionals looking for long term career progression. Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for an Electrical Engineer to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.
Role Responsibilities:
- Carry out electrical safety checks and reactive repair works
- Deliver planned preventative maintenance in line with site schedules
- Ensure full compliance with health & safety requirements and statutory building regulations
- Maintain accurate records and documentation using IT systems
- Support preventative maintenance programmes through inspections and ongoing monitoring
Required Qualifications:
- Level 2 or Level 3 City & Guilds 2330 or NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
- 17th or 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- Full, valid UK driving licence
- IT literate with strong customer service skills
- Experience within facilities management or mobile maintenance
