We are recruiting an experienced Multi Skilled Plumber to support the commercial maintenance across sites in the South East. This varied, mobile role involves planned and reactive building maintenance, including fabric repairs, decorating, basic carpentry and minor plumbing. You will work independently across multiple sites, ensuring stations remain safe, operational and well maintained. A full UK driving licence is essential, and a company van will be provided. As the Multi Skilled Plumber you will be: * Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across railway stations. * Complete general repairs, decorating, basic carpentry and minor plumbing. * Diagnose faults and undertake minor works with minimal supervision. * Meet contractual SLAs, KPIs and maintenance schedules. * Follow Health & Safety procedures, risk assessments, method statements and permit-to-work requirements. * Maintain accurate job records and update the client's CAFM system. * Liaise professionally with station teams, clients, colleagues and subcontractors. * Support subcontractor coordination and identify potential maintenance issues proactively. To be successfull for this Multi Skilled Plumber you will need: * Experience in general building maintenance, fabric repairs or a similar multi-skilled role. * Practical skills in decorating, carpentry, minor plumbing and building fabric maintenance. * The ability to work independently and manage workloads across multiple sites. * Good knowledge of Health & Safety and safe systems of work. * Strong communication, customer service and organisational skills. * Confidence using mobile devices or CAFM systems to record completed work. * A full UK driving licence.
