Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Plumber to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation. Our client is one of the largest facilities management and maintenance contractors in the UK, offering market leading opportunities for talented professionals looking for long-term career progression. Responsibilities
- Undertaking inspection and repairs across a variety of commercial plumbing and drainage installations, including pipework inspections, adaptions, and repairs.
- Answering queries, reporting any defects, and keeping informed of site activities at the time of the service visit.
- Complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time, keeping logs of inspection reports and remedial work.
- Follow Health & Safety, Permit to Work procedures and safe systems of working.
Qualifications
- C&G Level 3 / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent / technical diploma.
- A background within Maintenance / Facilities Management environment or similar.
