Our client is one of the largest facilities management and maintenance contractors in the UK, offering market leading opportunities for talented professionals looking for long term career progression. We are looking for a Multi Skilled Engineer - Electrical Engineer Bias who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same. As the Multi Skilled Engineer - Electrical Engineer Bias, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services. You will be responsible for: * Conduct multi-skilled maintenance services across electrical and mechanical disciplines on a Critical National Infrastructure site. * Carry out routine PPM tasks and planned maintenance in line with scheduled dates. * Complete reactive repairs and electrical installation work as required. * Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and all reactive tasks are reported through the CAFM system. * Support general building maintenance activities when required To be successful for this Multi Skilled Engineer - Electrical Engineer Bias role you must have: * City & Guilds 2360 Parts 1 & 2 (or equivalent). * 17th / 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations. * Experience using a range of maintenance equipment * IPAF 3A & 3B. * Basic mechanical and BMS knowledge (multi-discipline).
