Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Multi Skilled Electrical Engineer to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation. We are looking for a Multi Skilled Electrical Engineer who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.
As the Multi Skilled Electrical Engineer, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services. The Multi Skilled Electrical Engineer will be responsible for:
- Carrying out routine PPM tasks.
- Planned maintenance in line with scheduled dates.
- Reactive repairs and Electrical Installation work as required.
- Ensure all documentation is completed correctly for all tasks and reactive tasks are reported and recorded on to the CAFM system.
- May be called upon to assist with general building maintenance activities.
To be successful for this Multi Skilled Electrical Engineer role you must have:
- NVQ Level 3 - Electrical
- 18th Edition
- AM2
- BMS Knowledge.
- Experience (Essential) of maintaining all relevant mechanical and electrical equipment to clearly defined criteria.
- Physically fit and able to carry tools and components by hand up to 20kg.
- Experience of working in a critical environment/data centre.
