Multi Skilled Plumber

Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Multi Skilled Plumber to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation. We are looking for a Multi Skilled Plumber who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same. As the Multi Skilled Plumber, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services. The Multi Skilled Plumber, will be responsible for: * Appointed team will support all aspects of engineering repairs across the whole of the estate. * Tasks vary from day to day, and some examples of activities will be from electrical installation to AC split install, to LTHW water heater installation. * Hanging new doors to newly refurbished office. To be successful for this Multi Skilled Plumber role you must have: * Holding NVQ3 or equivalent. * Extensive knowledge of L8 and required repair techniques, including cleaning and chlorinating * Maybe you're a specialist HVAC engineer that could provide essential F-Gas knowledge support * Carpenter/bricklayer/painter/roofer that could provide much needed skills to deliver exceptional works daily * A full UK driving licence. * Happy to work night shifts (4 on 4 off) If you feel you have the necessary skills set and experience to perform this Multi Skilled Plumber role, and you are interested in an opportunity offering unparalleled career development, please apply now
