Our client is one of the largest facilities management and maintenance contractors in the UK, offering market leading opportunities for talented professionals looking for long term career progression.\\n\\nDue to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Multi Skilled – HVAC/Electrical Engineer to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.\\n\\nWe are looking for a Multi Skilled – HVAC/Electrical Engineer who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.\\n\\nAs the Multi Skilled – HVAC/Electrical Engineer, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.\\n\\nThe Multi Skilled – HVAC/Electrical Engineer, will be responsible for:\\n\\n * Routine PPM tasks in accordance with the SFG20 framework.\\n\\n * Reactive maintenance and electrical repairs or Air conditioning repairs as required.\\n\\n * Attend site meetings or training when required.\\n\\n * Procure materials and equipment to carry out works through the Supervisor or Manager.\\n\\n * Be available to carry out necessary works outside normal hours with additional remuneration.\\n\\n * Supporting contract mobilisation and change management.\\n\\n * Maximise the use and compliance to the mobile technology\\n\\n * Adherence and promotion of the company and department mission vision and values.\\n\\n * Assist the site team in ensuring that all Statutory and Legislative requirements are achieved/adhered to for the site.\\n\\n * Ensure clients operational procedures are always adhered to.\\n\\n * Obtain appropriate authorisation for access into restricted areas from the client's representative as and when required\\n\\nTo be successful for this Multi Skilled- HVAC/Electrical Engineer role you must have:\\n\\n * Refrigeration or Air Conditioning Specific Qualification (Not being F-Gas) such as the following:\\n\\n * NVQ level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning and Small Refrigeration.\\n\\n * City & Guilds Refrigeration and Air-conditioning (7189) Level 2 or 3\\n\\n * City & Guilds Refrigeration, air-conditioning and heat pump systems (6090) Level 3 only.\\n\\n * F-Gas Category 1 (City & Guilds 2079, was 2078 Safe Handling of Refrigerants)\\n\\n * Time served in an Air Con specific service role (not installation), likely to be at least 5 years.\\n\\n * C&G 236 Part 1 & 2.\\n\\n * BS7671 Electrical Regulations.\\n\\n * C&G 2391 Electrical inspection and Testing (desired).\\n\\n * Able to carry tools and equipment by hand up to 20kg\\n\\n * Must hold a full UK driving licence.\\n\\nIf you feel you have the necessary skills set and experience to perform this Multi Skilled – HVAC/Electrical Engineer role, and you are interested in an opportunity offering unparalleled career development, please apply now
