Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Multi Skilled Electrical Engineer to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation. We are looking for a Multi Skilled Electrical Engineer who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same. As the Multi Skilled Electrical Engineer, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services. The Multi Skilled Electrical Engineer, will be responsible for: * Carrying out Safety checks. * Reactive works. * Planned maintenance servicing and general repairs. * You must be able to work to high levels of health and safety. * Understand and be able to work to building statutory requirements. * Ensure regular monitoring and inspection procedures are carried out for all equipment as part of the preventative maintenance programme. * You should be IT literate for record keeping. * Have good customer service skills. To be successful for this Multi Skilled Electrical Engineer role you must have: * The ideal candidate would have a background in facilities maintenance within the construction sector, data hall industry, critical engineering or similar. * They would also be qualified to either Level 2/3 City and Guilds 2330 or NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation. * 17th or 18th edition for electrically biased engineers or City & Guilds craft certificate/ONC etc. * Recognised craft apprenticeship for mechanical/plumbing biased engineers. * Comprehensive understanding of Building Services. * C&G 2391 or equivalent desirable.
