We are looking for a Mobile Water Technician who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same. Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Mobile Water Technician to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation. As the Mobile Water Technician, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services. The Mobile Water Technician, will be responsible for: * Complete routine Legionella maintenance Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) tasks in line with the Approved Code of Practice L8. * Conduct remedial cleaning, water sampling, chemical testing, and basic plumbing and electro-mechanical tasks to maintain water system compliance. * Travel to various client sites across Slough, West London, Twickenham, Uxbridge, Reading, Harrow, and surrounding areas to complete assigned tasks. * Maintain and update water log books and all required documentation in accordance with current guidelines and company policies. * Carry out water system cleaning and disinfection following Approved Code of Practice L8 and internal procedures. * Test, service, and maintain thermostatic mixing valves and undertake minor plumbing repairs as necessary. * Manage stock levels of chemicals and materials, ensuring adequate supplies are maintained. * Keep all assigned equipment clean, well-maintained, and in good working order. * Communicate effectively with the service department to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule. * Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and customers. * Take personal responsibility for health and safety, adhering to company policies and site-specific requirements. * Complete any additional reasonable duties as directed by management. To be successful for this Mobile Water Technician role you must have: * Previous experience in Compliance Servicing, Legionella Monitoring, or Water Treatment is essential. * Candidates with limited or no direct experience but relevant transferable skills in similar fields are welcome. * Advanced knowledge and experience in maintaining water systems is desirable. * Basic IT skills, including proficiency with tablets, mobile devices, and Microsoft Office programs. * Strong communication skills, able to interact clearly and professionally with clients, colleagues, and management. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. * Well-organized with strong time management skills, able to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines. * Commitment to delivering a high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction. * Willingness and ability to travel regularly within designated locations (Slough, West London, Twickenham, Uxbridge, Reading, Harrow, and nearby areas).
