Our client is one of the largest facilities management and maintenance contractors in the UK, offering market leading opportunities for talented professionals looking for long term career progression. Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Mobile Fabric Engineer to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation. We are looking for a Mobile Fabric Engineer who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same. The Mobile Fabric Engineer, will be responsible for: * Undertaking all building fabric activities such as patch repairs, minor plumbing & carpentry, and painting & decorating. * Working to high standards of health & safety and statutory requirements. * Ensuring regular monitoring and inspection procedures are completed for all equipment. * Reporting any defects and keeping clients informed of site activities. * Delivering both planned and reactive FM maintenance services. To be successful for this Mobile Fabric Engineer role you must have: * Level 2 or 3 City & Guilds (or equivalent). * Strong customer service skills. * A background in facilities or mobile maintenance, construction, or a similar field (desirable). * A full UK driving licence.
