We are looking for a Maintenance Technician who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.
Our client is one of the largest facilities management and maintenance contractors in the UK, offering market leading opportunities for talented professionals looking for long‑term career progression.
Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Maintenance Technician to join this highly successful and forward‑thinking organisation.
The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for
- The role involves completing planned and reactive maintenance and monitoring of all fabric within scope.
- You will conduct tasks in compliance with Company Safety Policy, Procedures, relevant Codes of Practice, NR, and Statutory Regulations, ensuring adherence to the Company’s and Client’s Permit to Work systems.
- You will liaise with engineers and subcontractors, develop a detailed knowledge and understanding of site engineering services, and support best working practices.
- You must complete all work‑related documentation accurately and on time, coordinate connections to existing plant/systems, and use and maintain O&M Manuals and quality procedures.
To be successful for this Maintenance Technician role you must have
- Previous relevant experience providing maintenance services in a large, complex environment.
- Basic to intermediate IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook, with experience updating central data systems.
