We are looking for a Shift Plumbing Engineer who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.

Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Shift Plumbing Engineer to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.

Our client is one of the largest facilities management and maintenance contractors in the UK, offering market leading opportunities for talented professionals looking for long term career progression.

The Shift Plumbing Engineer, will be responsible for

  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across all M&E systems.
  • Diagnose faults and restore critical services quickly and safely.
  • Monitor and interpret Building Management Systems (BMS) to maintain optimal site performance.
  • Supervise contractors and ensure all works comply with health & safety standards and permit-to-work processes.
  • Support the operation of key systems including UPS, LV generators, HVAC, and control circuits.

To be successful for this Shift Plumbing Engineer role you must have

  • Minimum City & Guilds Level 3 (or equivalent) in electrical or mechanical engineering.
  • At least 3 years' experience working within a commercial M&E environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of BMS, UPS, LV generators, HVAC, and control circuits.
  • Must hold a valid, clean UK driving licence.
