Our client is one of the largest facilities management and maintenance contractors in the UK, offering market leading opportunities for talented professionals looking for long term career progression. Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Commercial Plumber to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation. We are looking for a Commercial Plumber who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.
The Commercial Plumber will be responsible for:
- Undertaking inspection and repairs across a variety of commercial plumbing and drainage installations, including pipework inspections, adaptations, and repairs.
- Reporting any defects and keeping the client informed of site activities.
- Completing all work-related documentation accurately, keeping logs of inspection reports and remedial work.
To be successful for this Commercial Plumber role you must have:
- C&G Level 3 / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent / technical diploma.
- The ideal candidate would have a background within Maintenance / Facilities Management environment or similar.
