As the Mobile Mechanical Engineer, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services. The Mobile Mechanical Engineer, will be responsible for: * Carry out PPMs, reactive maintenance and fault‑finding tasks across North West London. * Act as a key point of contact for the client, answering queries, reporting defects and keeping them fully updated during service visits. * Complete all work‑related documentation accurately and on time, including inspection logs and remedial records. * Work across two sites located opposite each other under one contract. To be successful for this Mobile Mechanical Engineer role you must have: * Service, maintain and repair plumbing and ventilation installations, including AHUs, intake/extract systems, thermal wheels, FCUs and water system assets. * Maintain and support systems such as booster sets, chlorifiers, and water heaters. * Deliver consistently high levels of service and professionalism for the client.
